Christine Flora, NBC-HWC is a nationally board-certified Health & Wellness Coach and corporate wellness leader with over 25 years of experience designing, managing, and delivering comprehensive employee wellness initiatives across healthcare systems, nonprofits, and corporate organizations.
Christine has led the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of organization-wide wellness programs, including the design and launch of corporate fitness & wellness centers, wellness budget management, demographic and needs-based analysis, and the development of strategic, data-driven proposals aligned with corporate objectives, healthcare priorities, and benefits initiatives. She partners closely with HR leaders, executive teams, and Employee Wellness Committees to ensure programs are scalable, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
In addition to operational leadership, Christine brings deep expertise in evidence-based health and well-being coaching, supporting employees through stress, burnout, life transitions, and behavior change. Her coaching approach is grounded in motivational interviewing, CBT-informed coaching, positive psychology, and lifestyle behavior change—helping individuals translate awareness into sustainable action.
