HaTha Holistic Health is rooted in the ancient meaning of the word Ha and Tha—sun and moon, effort and ease, masculine and feminine, action and reflection. Together, they represent integration, balance, and wholeness. This philosophy is the foundation of everything I offer.

Hatha हठ योग - “Sun” & “Moon” - Hatha is a Sanskrit word that can be broken down into two smaller words: ha, meaning “sun,” and tha, meaning “moon” and represents the two opposite energies – Yin and Yang, male and female, sun and moon – within the human body. Hatha practices are designed to balance these opposite energies and to align and calm our body, mind, and spirit.

She specializes in mental health, stress resilience, behavior change, and whole-person well-being—bridging evidence-based science with compassionate, personalized coaching.
Christine has coached thousands of clients across corporate, healthcare, and global virtual settings, including executives, healthcare workers, and individuals navigating stress, burnout, chronic conditions, and major life transitions. Her work is grounded in motivational interviewing, CBT-informed coaching, positive psychology, and lifestyle medicine, with a proven ability to translate insight into action and intention into results.
