About Me

Christine L. Flora B.S., cPT, eRYT, INHC, NBC-HWC

Christine graduated from Towson University with a degree in Exercise Physiology and has since gained 25 years experience in the Health & Wellness industry. She has worked with a very diverse range of clients everyone from executive level professionals, to humanitarian workers from all over the world, to your everyday 9-5 blue collar workers.

She completed her Behavior Change Specialist coaching certification through ACE and her Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification through Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Christine is also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

Christine’s areas of expertise include physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and intellectual health. She loves working with clients who want to deconstruct patterns of perfectionism, procrastination, stress, negative thought patterns, people pleasing, harmful socialization, and patriarchy. In addition, she also works with clients to cultivate and build healthy habits around work/life balance, time management, nutrition, physical activity, sleep hygiene, women’s health, mindfulness, and more.

Her diverse wellness background enables her to mend together different modalities to help support her clients on their journey to becoming better versions of themselves. She takes a holistic, integrative, and bio-individual approach when working with clients. This approach provides a safe space for her clients to dig deep, express their true self, and set steps in motion for lasting change. Christine’s expertise in behavior change combined with her health and wellness background allows her to meet clients where they are on their path and empower them to create a life that is aligned with health, well-being, and happiness.

In addition to individual coaching, Christine facilitates group coaching and webinars offering education on the benefits of healthy living practices while offering tangible tools for participants to make sustainable lifestyle shifts.

Christine also holds nationally recognized certifications as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and Astrologer.
